Water Restoration Process

Damage Assessment

The first step in the water damage restoration process is an assessment of the property to determine the scope of the damage, identify the type of water contamination, if any and develop a mitigation protocol

Water Extraction

Any standing water will be removed to reduce the drying time and help prevent further damage. It is important to promptly remove excessive water from your home to aid with humidity levels, and other factors which contribute to mold problems.

Environmental Controls

Depending on the circumstances of your loss, different types of equipment may be used to achieve the necessary temperature and humidity requirements. Examples include dehumidifiers, fans, or other unique drying systems.

Demolition

if necessary, nonrestorable materials will be removed in order to access framing, and other structural materials, so that they are dried in a timely manner.
